Cheaper Medical Insurance for People Who Are Laid Off

Worried about health insurance? Medica insurance group, in Minnetonka, MN has announced a plan for Minnesota laid off workers that's can save you money by switching from a former employers Cobra plan to other optional plans. Medica offers health plans to individuals by directing them to the options whether they are state insurance programs, Medica plans or competing medical plans.

It's really a big deal when you can save hundreds of dollars on Medical Insurance every month. Families USA of Washington DC reports that Cobra Plans have considerably higher premiums. With the recession former employers are not paying premiums on Cobra and that leaves the former employee responsible for the whole premium.

If you are from Minnesota you are probably paying about $375 for a single person and $1070 for a family per month on Cobra. On average Medica Medical Insurance plans start at $150 for single and $400 for family coverage per month. Medica states the savings for single person coverage is $225 each month and the family plan adds up to a savings of $670 a month. What would you do with an extra $600 a month?

Here is the secret…

Medica has just begun advertising the new plan and will be placing billboards and advertising with a toll free number (866) 633-8285. Medica also has plans to exhibit at places where people hang out like job fairs and coffee shops. Since this was just released it may be a good idea to contact them before it gets too busy with requests.

What if you could reach out to those 250 people and gain access to the other 249 people that they know?

If you trust each other, you may be able to do just that.

Just think what it would be like to gain access to over 60,000 possible clients...
